DISPATCH ESTIMATES
IN STOCK ITEMS
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 working days of your order.
Please note:
If your basket contains items that are made to order, we will post all of your items together when your order is ready. If you would like items posted separately, please get in touch and we will arrange this for you.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Some of our items are made to order, please check the individual product pages for dispatch estimates. If you require your order by a certain date please get in touch and every effort will be made to meet your requirements.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for the parcel.
All of our packaging and marketing materials are plastic free and made from sustainable and/or recycled materials which is as kind to the environment as it is beautiful.
Please re-use or recycle when you receive your Ladytree Designs order.
GIFT NOTE
If your order is a gift and you'd like us to include a personal message in the package, please add your message in the 'Add Order Note' field within the basket.
POSTAGE COSTS
UK & Channel Islands
Royal Mail 1st Class - Letter: £1.70
Royal Mail Tracked24 - Large Letter: £3.85
Royal Mail Tracked24 - Small Parcel: £5.40
All orders over £100 or that include a 'one of a kind' item will be sent Special Delivery:
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm): £9.25
Please note:
- Deliveries sent with 'Special Delivery' will not change the dispatch times.
- Once we dispatch your item, we have no influence over shipping times.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you would like to collect your order in person, please select local pickup when checking out. You can either collect from our shop in The Guild in Wilton (Thursday to Saturday) or our Workshop in Tisbury (Monday to Friday). Please contact us prior to collection to arrange a suitable day/time.
RETURNS
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and return the item/s in the original packaging within 30 days from day of purchase and a full refund minus postage will be given. Refunds cannot be given on custom or personalised items unless faulty.
Please bear in mind that each item is individually handcrafted, so every piece is unique and may differ very slightly in size and shape from the photos.
Wear and tear is to be expected, but if you have any problems with your jewellery that could be down to materials or craftsmanship within the first year, just get in touch to enquire about free repair or replacement.
