Beginner Experience Days (max 3 people)

During this relaxed but challenging day you will learn new skills to make your very own piece of jewellery. The course covers a range of basic silversmithing techniques and is a great introduction to working with copper and silver. Worksheets will be provided on the day with a selection of projects to choose from.

Half days: 10am-1pm / 2pm-5pm (3 hrs)

1:1 - £95

2 people - £80pp

3 people - £65pp

Full days: 10am-4.30pm (6 hrs with a 30 min lunch break)

1:1 - £185

2 people - £155pp

3 people - £125pp

What is included in the price?
We will provide all the equipment, consumables and copper to practice on. Silver is charged at £2 per gram (you are likely to use between 3 and 10 grams).

Refreshments and light snacks are also included in the cost.

Intermediate Tuition (max 2 people)

Our intermediate tuition is available as an experience day or by the hour (min 2 hrs). Some silversmithing experience is required and the session will be tailored to the individual/s. 

1:1 - £35 for the first hour, £30 per hour after / £185 full day

2 people - £30 for the first hour, £25 per hour after / £155 full day

1:1 Lapidary Tuition 

Our 1:1 lapidary tuition is available by the hour. You will learn to cut and polish a stone or fossil that we can either provide or you can bring a treasure you have found yourself!

£30 per hour (min 2 hours) plus any stone/fossil chosen

Our workshop is a 5 minute walk away from Tisbury train station and on the main line from London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids passing through Salisbury. We are also only a short drive away from Salisbury, Bath and Warminster.
